Our original flight time was still too foggy, but Michelle kindly rescheduled us for later that same day — and we’re so glad she did. Phil was an excellent pilot and made us feel completely safe the entire time. The views were absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Truly worth the drive to Wānaka!

Everyone was so lovely, the pilot was an amazing flyer and nothing was a problem, even suggested we land on the snow so my son could feel it for the 1st time. Can’t recommend them enough. We chose to go on the Glacier Experience in the morning of as the weather was so perfect, couldn't have been a better decision. Michelle on the desk was a delight and even helped us with our later trips. Rivy is all we could have asked for in a pilot, friendly, informative and a great sense of humour.  Verified Tyndall Glacier Flight An amazing flight up to the glacier for a stop then back over the Alps with Lake Wanaka in our sights. Despite feeling apprehensive I felt safe & comfortable on board. The experience was incredible & value for money.

 Verified A fantastic, 'must do' experience The Milford Sound trip with Aspiring Helicopters was a fantastic experience, even for someone who thought he had mostly seen it all before. With stops at Lochnagar, the wild west coast and the Isobel glacier to and from Milford Sound with expert flying and interesting commentary it exceeded all expectations.  Verified Stunning experience and value for money Fantastic experience with extremely safe and professional pilot. Having had 3 aborted flights in Franz Josef and Fox Glacier we were very concerned we would miss the once in a lifetime opportunity. Perfect amount of info during the flight and time at the glacier. You can’t visit Wanaka without going on a tour with Aspiring Helicopters.  Verified Soaring over the glaciers Not much could top this experience! From the warm reception we received at the base to our flight, everything was seamless. Our pilot made flying a helicopter look like walking and he had a great knowledge of the area. It was clear that he loves his job.  Verified Not to be missed! Our party of three had a fabulous flight this morning to land on Tindall Glacier. The entire experience was unforgettable! Bayden, our pilot, was friendly, considerate, and very professional — sharing great insights along the way and making us feel completely at ease.
